Responsibilities

  • Perform repairs and maintenance specified on repair orders

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues using advanced diagnostic equipment

  • Communicate with Service Advisors and the Parts Department on progress and needs

  • Ensure work meets factory and dealership quality standards

  • Road-test vehicles after repairs to confirm proper function

  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
